Nashin N-Series range of brake kits and components have been designed and tested specifically for use on road & track with a range of disc and pad options to suit your application. Each performance brake kit consists of the following components:​

• Cast mono-block brake caliper pair available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 piston configurations, featuring a wide range of colour options

• Caliper to hub mounting brackets & matching bolt kit.

• Brake line kit featuring: Stainless Steel PTFE lined hose, stainless steel fixed hose ends and universal locators for retaining the brake line to the suspension leg.

• Option of either a one or two piece floating disc arrangement. If ordered with floating disc arrangement; rotors are supplied pre-assembled, ready to fit with the correct torque settings applied to the mounting bolts.

When it comes to performance and longevity, Nashin goes to great lengths to ensure our components deliver beyond our customers expectations:

Each N-Series brake caliper is produced using T6-6066 aluminium (providing superior tensile elongation & hardness) before being heat treated for further added protection and strength.

The caliper pistons are also placed through a strict T651 heat treatment process, adding the much needed strength and protection required to combat the extreme conditions associated with braking.

Nashin brake discs are produced from FC-25 high carbon steel offering improved friction co-efficiency & reducing rotor expansion by as much as 1.2-1.5mm when compared to standard steel brake discs. As with our brake calipers, each of our discs is placed through strict surface treatments to guard against corrosion.
